Role Name

dp_rcs - uses RCS to contains multiple revisions of text files.
By default it creates another revision of the file.


Requirements
------------

RCS installed (tested on Debian).


FIXME:
- add new revision of file (including creating first revision)
- fix permisions (default)
- option do change message
